Job Description

ROLEPURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

Processingall Gold Loan login cases from branches and supporting Gold Loancustomers at branch level
Willdo cross sell other product to Gold Loan customers.
Tofacilitate Repayment, Renewal, Closer and Fore closer of GoldLoan along with new loan procession at branch level.
Responsibleto maintain process quality & ensures adherence to internalaudit standards for Gold Loan.
Willact as back-up for BOO and CCR at branch and will responsible fortheir job in their absence (For All branch formats: BB-led,MB-Led, URC and SFB).

SIZEOF THE ROLE

KEYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business/Financials

Responsiblefor acquisition of Gold Loan customers from both NTB walk-in andETB customers at branch level.
Engagementof Gold Loan customers and responsible for cross sell of otherproducts.
Supportthe marketing initiatives designed by products & marketingdepartment for Gold Loan.
Assessthe market potential/trend and give feedback on productmodification and new product development to the product teams
Shareinsights on competitor products to the product team.
Responsiblefor the overall cross sell target assigned to him for otherproducts.

Customer

Ensurecustomers and branch team to be educated about the Gold Loanproduct offered.
Marketing& branding of Gold Loan to be done at branch level
Resolvecustomer queries/grievances at branch level (pertaining to GoldLoan)

InternalProcess

Overseeand facilitate collection of documents for Gold Loan processing.
Ensurethe proper handling of Gold ornaments as per policy standards.
Responsibleto ensure the storage of Gold ornaments in safe vault after loanprocessing.
Handlethe relationship with Gold Appraisers at branch level for loanprocessing.
Responsibleto facilitate the Vigilance team at time of sample check.
Follow-upfor the Loan renewal of Gold Loan through calling.
Overseefollow-ups with overdue and renewal customers to collect thepayments/renewal payment in Gold Loan.
Inabsence of CCR, will process all the Service Request and resolvethe quires of all customers at branch level.
Inabsence of BOO, will act its back-up for all operationalactivity.
Responsibleto maintain good coordination with Gold Loan Officer forprocessing the all leads of Gold Loan with in suggested TAT.
Shouldbe compatible with Financial Software application Like LOS,Br.net, Finacle etc.
Ensuresmooth operations for Gold Loan and Busimoni at branch at cashierand BOO level.
Monitoringthe leads status, and ensuring timely closer.
Ensureall operational work of channel partners to be done smoothly atbranch.

Learning& Innovation

Coachthe branch staff on Gold loans products and support generatingleads for that from existing customers.
Resolvequeries and escalations from the branch team related to Gold Loanin a well-defined timeframe.
Ensureadherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs forself.
Ensuregoal-setting, midyear -review and annual appraisal processhappens within specified timelines for self.

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Educational

Qualifications

Graduatein Commerce/Business/Economics or related subjects with goodanalytical and sales skills to be considered.

Experience

1-2years of experience in Gold Loan Industry or within Ujjivan

Certifications

FunctionalSkills

Knowledgeon Gold Loan and OD products
BasicComputer knowledge (MS Office, Outlook) / Ease of technologyusage
Basicknowledge of accounting and finance administration desirable
Isfluent in the local languages and has a working knowledge ofEnglish
Knowledgeof KYC/AML norms and other guidelines
