Job Title: Recovery Executive - Telecaller / Tele Collection Executive Key Responsibilities: Contact clients via phone to recover outstanding debts or follow up on pending EMIs. Negotiate repayment plans and terms while maintaining a professional and ethical approach. Educate customers about payment deadlines and late fee implications. Maintain accurate records of all communications and update CRM systems. Ensure full compliance with all legal regulations and company policies, including RBI guidelines for debt recovery. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recovery and call targets. Liaise with field agents or other departments as required. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and with empathy. Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Excel).
