Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Manager to handle day-to-day office operations, team coordination, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who can manage follow-ups, maintain structure, and ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administration
• Track attendance, work hours, and basic team coordination
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and visitors
• Support management with scheduling, records, and documentation
• Ensure discipline, workflow structure, and timely follow-ups

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in office management, administration, or operations
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Good communication and people-handling abilities
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, email, and WhatsApp
• Ability to work independently in an in-office environment
