Role Overview:

Executive Assistant Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily tasks, reminders, and coordination across teams.
• Support in HR activities (scheduling interviews, maintaining records, assisting with occasional hiring).
• Handle operations and administrative tasks (documentation, vendor coordination, office requirements).
• Assist with client communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with teams for website and project updates.
• Take ownership of miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth workflows.
