Senior WordPress Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of 

  end-to-end WordPress websites

   and web applications.
• Architect and implement 

  custom themes, plugins, and advanced functionalities

   tailored to client requirements.
• Optimize website performance, security, and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and advanced tools to enhance website functionality.
• Conduct 

  code reviews

   and mentor junior developers, sharing best practices in coding, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver 

  pixel-perfect and conversion-driven websites

  .
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in WordPress and web development, recommending innovative solutions.
• Ensure proper 

  version control, backups, and deployment processes

   using Git and other DevOps tools.
• Manage 

  website audits, debugging, and advanced problem-solving

   for complex technical challenges.

• 3+ years of proven experience

   in WordPress development with a strong project portfolio.
• Strong experience with 

  page builders

   

  (Elementor, WPBakery)

  and frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of 

  WooCommerce

   and other major WordPress plugins.
• Strong understanding of 

  SEO best practices, responsive design, and site optimization techniques

  .
• Ability to handle multiple projects, manage priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to work 

  on-site

   at our office in 

  Krishna Nagar, East Delhi
