Role Overview

Executive Assistant Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  administrative and operational support

  to the Founder and leadership team.
• Assist in

  calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination

  .
• Prepare

  presentations, reports, and research notes

  for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate

  follow-ups, communication, and documentation

  across departments.
• Support in

  investor relations, business development, and strategic initiatives

  .
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
• Contribute ideas to improve

  workflow efficiency and organizational effectiveness

  .

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed

  Bachelors/Masters degree

  (Business, Management, or related fields preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written

  communication abilities

  .
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Interest in startups, operations, and business management.
