Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Office Manager at GridPro's Bengaluru location. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth communication with customers and other teams. Responsibilities include managing office administration tasks, addressing customer inquiries professionally to ensure high satisfaction, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also involves managing and implementing HR operations, policies, and employee relations to ensure a positive work environment.The individual will act as the initial point of contact for visitors and team members, maintaining a welcoming office environment while supporting internal operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office software tools and systems
  • Experience in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Policies is a Plus
  • Should have proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar HR or Marketing role is preferred
