Job Description

WD Immigration Consultants is looking for OFFICE EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
Organize and maintain records of office expenses.
Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed.
Ensure the office is kept clean and organized.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
