About the Company:

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing company in travel & tourism, foreign exchange, and medical tourism services. We offer domestic & international tour packages, forex solutions, and travel assistance. To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Office Executive with banking knowledge and field practice.

Key Responsibilities:Office & Banking Work:

• Handle daily office administration, documentation, and client communication.
• Manage bank-related work: deposits, withdrawals, cheque/DD processing, RTGS/NEFT, account updates.
• Assist in financial record keeping, reconciliation, and supporting accounts department.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, MIS reports, and maintain payment/receipt records.
• Support management in preparing agreements, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Field Practice/Outdoor Work:

• Visit banks for company transactions, account-related tasks, and financial formalities.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners for document collection, payment delivery, or agreements.
• Handle courier, government office visits, and other outside official work as required.
• Ensure timely completion of field-related assignments with proper documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Finance or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in office administration, banking operations, or related field role.
• Good knowledge of banking processes, online transactions, and reconciliation.
• Field experience in handling bank visits, client/vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali).
• Should be proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable with both office & outdoor responsibilities.

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
