Job Description

Front Office Executive + Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations: calls, visitors, scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Act as a personal assistant to management (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, documentation, follow-ups).
  • Maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support in basic HR/admin tasks as required.
  • Assist with client communication and office management.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Graduate with good communication & organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English & Malayalam.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.

Salary: ₹18K to 20 K per month (Basic)

Location: Kochi
