Job Description

* Sales Support:

* Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotes, sales orders, and invoices.

* Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information and support.

* Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely communication with potential and existing customers.

* Inventory Management:

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate product availability.

* Update sales and inventory records regularly to maintain accurate data.

* Place orders for new stock and track deliveries to ensure timely restocking.

* Reporting and documentation:

* Document sales activities, customer interactions, and any follow-up actions required.

* Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the sales manager.

* Coordination with internal teams:

* Support the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.
