Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations, documentation, and communication.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries—especially Malayalam-speaking clients or vendors.
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups, meetings, and visitor handling.
  • Maintain records, files, purchase requests, and basic office data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow (sales, accounts, production).
  • Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance, leaves, courier handling, and basic office management.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and client communication as needed.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients, suppliers, and field staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Mandatory Requirement

  • Fluent Malayalam speaking ability (Reading/Writing is an added advantage).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / 12th pass with strong communication skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office coordination/admin roles.
  • Good command over Malayalam + basic English/Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
  • Polite, disciplined, and well-organized personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,651.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
