Job Summary: The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This role includes managing staff coordination, documentation, communication, scheduling, and supporting management in maintaining an organized and efficient workplace. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Administration: Maintain files, records, and official documents Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Manage office supplies and inventory Coordinate maintenance of office equipment 2. Staff Coordination: Coordinate between departments and staff Maintain attendance, leave records, and duty schedules Support recruitment, joining formalities, and documentation 3. Scheduling & Communication: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events Draft official letters, emails, and notices Act as communication bridge between management and staff 4. Financial & Reporting Support: Assist in bill payments, petty cash, and basic accounts coordination Maintain expense records and reports Support audits and documentation 5. Student/Client/Visitor Handling (if school/office): Handle visitors professionally Assist students/parents/clients with office-related processes Maintain enquiry and admission records --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline (preferred) 1–5 years of administrative or coordination experience Good communication skills (English, Marathi preferred, Hindi ) Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet) Strong organization and multitasking abilities Polite, responsible, and trustworthy nature --- Preferred Skills: Experience in school or institutional office Knowledge of record management and data entry Ability to work under pressure
