Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle visitor management.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
  • Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining attendance records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and basic data entry in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Handle internal communication and ensure information flow within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,563.43 - ₹16,611.25 per month
