Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator with prior experience in a CBSE school environment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in managing administrative operations, coordinating between departments, and handling the CBSE portal efficiently for compliance, examinations, and academic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Coordinate between the school management, teachers, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle all CBSE-related work, including timely uploading of data, registrations, exam-related activities, and compliance requirements on the CBSE portal.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth flow of information across departments.
  • Assist in preparation of official letters, reports, circulars, and other school documentation.
  • Support in organizing school events, meetings, and academic activities.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to CBSE rules, guidelines, and deadlines.
  • Manage student and staff records in line with CBSE and school policies.
  • Address queries from parents, students, and staff in a professional and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Administration, Education, or related field).
  • Prior experience as an office coordinator/administrator in a CBSE-affiliated school is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of working with the CBSE portal (affiliation, registration, LOC, exam processes, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,384.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
