Key Responsibilities:
General Office Cleaning:
Clean and sanitize all office spaces including workstations, cubicles, and individual offices
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop all floor surfaces
Dust furniture, equipment, computers, and electronic devices
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions
Sanitize door handles, light switches, and frequently touched surfaces
Empty and replace trash bins throughout the office
Clean and organize storage areas and supply rooms
Maintain entrance areas and lobbies
Specialized Area Cleaning:
Conference Rooms: Set up and clean meeting rooms before and after use, arrange chairs and tables, clean whiteboards and projectors
Reception Area: Maintain lobby cleanliness, organize magazines and literature, clean seating areas
Workstations: Dust computer monitors, keyboards, telephones, and desk surfaces
Executive Offices: Provide detailed cleaning with special attention to furnishings and decor
Pantry and Kitchen Management:
Deep clean pantry area including countertops, sinks, and appliances
Clean and sanitize refrigerator, microwave, coffee machines, and water dispensers
Wash, dry, and organize all dishes, glasses, cups, and utensils
Clean and disinfect dining tables and chairs
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen cabinets and storage areas
Monitor and report pantry equipment malfunctions
Ensure proper disposal of food waste and expired items
Organize pantry supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials
Restroom Maintenance:
Clean and disinfect all restroom facilities multiple times daily
Replenish toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and other supplies
Deep clean tiles, fixtures, and mirrors
Ensure proper functioning of all restroom equipment
Maintain hygiene supply inventory
Waste Management:
Collect and segregate waste from all areas
Ensure proper disposal of regular and hazardous waste
Maintain cleanliness of waste storage areas
Coordinate with waste collection services
Equipment and Supply Management:
Maintain all cleaning equipment and tools
Monitor cleaning supply levels and request replenishments
Store cleaning chemicals safely and use appropriate safety measures
Report damaged equipment or facility maintenance needs
Health and Safety:
Follow all health and safety protocols
Use appropriate personal protective equipment
Report safety hazards immediately
Maintain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) awareness for cleaning chemicals
Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and regulations
Additional Responsibilities:
Support special cleaning requirements for events or inspections
Assist with basic maintenance tasks as directed
Maintain cleaning schedules and logs
Coordinate with external cleaning services when required
Provide emergency cleaning support as needed
Required Qualifications:
Basic education (8th-10th grade minimum)
Physical stamina for extended cleaning tasks
Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and their safe usage
Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous commercial cleaning or housekeeping experience
Knowledge of office environment and professional cleaning standards
Basic communication skills in local language and Hindi/English
Familiarity with modern cleaning equipment and techniques
Understanding of infection control practices
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 kg
Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
Manual dexterity for detailed cleaning tasks
Good physical health and stamina
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with flexible hours (may include early morning/evening shifts)
Work in various indoor environments
Exposure to cleaning chemicals (with proper safety measures)
May require weekend or holiday work for deep cleaning projects
