Job Description

Position: Office Boy

Location: DELHI [NEHRU PLACE]
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
Handle outdoor tasks such as depositing cheques, collecting documents, delivering parcels, or purchasing office supplies.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Support administrative staff with basic clerical tasks.
Ensure the availability of pantry items and manage pantry inventory.
Keep track of office supplies and report shortages to the admin team.
Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs or materials when needed.
Assist in managing courier services—receiving and dispatching packages.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by admin team.

Requirements:

Minimum education: SSC/HSC preferred.
Prior experience as an office boy or helper is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cleaning, filing, and office etiquette.
Trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking.
Good communication and polite behavior.
Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.

Salary: As per company standards
