Job Title - Office Boy
Company - All Indian IT Services, LLP
Location - Nagpur
Salary - 10k per month.
Job Role -We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to perform routine office support tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and organized workspace and provide general assistance to staff.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Cleaning and maintaining office premises, including desks, pantry.
2. Handling basic office errands like photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
3. Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages and documents.
4. Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, tables, and audiovisual equipment.
5. Monitor office supplies and notify the admin when stock is low.
6. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
7. Assist in the preparation of refreshments for meetings and events.
Requirements -
1. Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification.
2. Basic understanding of office etiquette.
3. Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
4. Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
5. Good personal hygiene and grooming.
Working Hours -9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
