1. Office Maintenance & Cleaning Keep office clean and tidy (tables, floors, pantry, washrooms). Arrange and maintain files, meeting rooms, and workstations. Ensure dusting, mopping, and waste disposal regularly. 2. Serving & Hospitality Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. Prepare refreshments during meetings. Maintain cleanliness in the pantry area. 3. Administrative Assistance Deliver documents, parcels, and files inside/outside the office. Photocopying, scanning, filing, binding documents. Assist staff with basic clerical work. 4. Office Support Manage office supplies (stationery, cleaning items, groceries). Monitor stock and inform the admin when items need to be purchased. Help in arranging meetings and office events. 5. Other Duties Opening/closing the office (if required). Running small errands such as bank work, courier drop, etc. Any other task assigned by the manager or senior staff.
