Inside Sales Representative ü website Link: www.dishainsurance.com ü Job Summary: An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling insurance products and services to customers, primarily through inbound and outbound calls, emails, or online communication. The primary focus is to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and close sales in a fast-paced environment. ü Roles & Responsibilities: · Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. · Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities. · Understand customer needs and requirements. · Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships. · Ensuring all leads is well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements. · Excellent negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mind-set. · Maintaining and updating the lead generation database. · Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business · Explaining product features and benefits. · Ability to handle objections, identifies challenges, and finds solutions to close sales. · Resolving customer concerns in a timely and effective manner. ü Desired Profile/ Who should join: · Should have 2 to 3 years of Proven inside sales experience. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS office. · Fair knowledge about the Insurance processes. · Track record of over-achieving quota. · Strong phone presence and experience dialling huge number of calls per day. · Excellent verbal and written communications skills. · Strong listening and presentation skills. · Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Insurance sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
