Office Associate / Admin Executive


Responsibilities


  • Manage front desk and basic office administration
  • Handle incoming calls, any couriers, parcels, and office correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist HR and management with day-to-day tasks
  • Support scheduling of meetings and coordination between teams
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office equipment
  • Perform other administrative duties as required


Eligibility

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of admin experience
  • Any graduate or diploma holder
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
