The Office Coordinator cum Assistant will manage daily office operations, streamline customer coordination, and support administrative, packaging, and dispatch functions to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. 📌 Key Responsibilities📞 Client Coordination & CommunicationHandle client calls, messages, and follow-ups Maintain WhatsApp chats, quote sharing, and updates Assist in scheduling meetings and order confirmations 📁 Documentation & ReportingPrepare job sheets, delivery slips, and vendor bills Maintain digital and physical records of orders and invoices Assist in GST invoice preparation and file management 📦 Packaging & Dispatch SupportMonitor packaging quality and readiness before dispatch Help coordinate with delivery partners and update dispatch logs Track daily deliveries and report delays 🧾 Office OperationsOrder and manage stationery and packaging materials Support HR in tracking staff attendance and daily reporting Coordinate between sales, printing, and accounts teams 🛠️ Required SkillsBasic Excel & Google Sheet knowledge Polite communication in Hindi and English Good coordination, follow-up discipline, and task tracking Familiarity with printing job types (flex, vinyl, glow sign)
