Job Description

Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks like answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.  Office management: Oversee office supplies, coordinate maintenance for equipment and facilities, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.  Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and external vendors, managing both internal and external communications.  Financial tasks: Perform bookkeeping duties, process invoices, and track budgets and expenses.  Record-keeping: Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital, and update company records.  Key skills and qualifications Organizational and multitasking skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.  Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.  Technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.  Problem-solving skills: Ability to resolve issues efficiently.  Attention to detail: Crucial for accuracy in tasks like record-keeping and data entry.
