Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain documentation, and assist in smooth office operations. Candidates with a willingness to learn Tally Prime and basic accounts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage filing and documentation (physical and digital)
• Data entry in MS Excel and Tally Prime
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier dispatches
• Maintain records and follow up with vendors
• Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and simple reports
• Maintain office supplies and petty cash records
• Support the accounts team with routine tasks

Requirements

• Education: Graduate preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn Tally Prime and office processes
• Punctual, organized, and disciplined work approach
