We Are Hiring: Junior Supervisor – Production / Plant Operations

Jay AMBE Industries is expanding its team and looking for a disciplined and responsible Junior Supervisor to support daily production activities, manage shop-floor coordination, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production tasks and team activities
• Coordinate with machine operators and workers to maintain output
• Monitor and record production data and material usage
• Ensure basic quality, safety, and housekeeping practices are followed
• Report progress, challenges, and requirements to senior supervisors
• Support in raw material receipt and finished goods dispatch coordination

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Fabrication, or Production preferred)
• 12th Pass candidates with factory experience may also apply
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup
• Knowledge of metal fabrication or plant operations is an advantage
• Good communication, basic discipline, and willingness to learn are essential
