Designation : Office Assistant – Airline Ticketing (Female only)
Location : Mumbai
Job Role
· Issue and reissue airline tickets & multi-city itineraries.
· Quotation preparation and fare calculations for international routes
· Manage PNRs: add SSRs, OSIs, name changes, check-in links
· Handle ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, involuntary reissues due to GDS or carrier changes
· Submit online visa application forms to schedule visa appointment with VFS or Consulate
· Coordinating with Clients via an Email and Telephone to explain the Visa process and Documentation
· Monitor and resolve ticketing exceptions and irregularities
· Keep updated with airline promotions, fare rules, waiver policies due to operational disruptions
· Handling visa processing
· Coordinating with respective countries’ visa office.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an airline ticketing & visa process.
· Strong understanding of airline ticketing & visa process
· Female candidates only & Excellent communication
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Familiarity with travel industry trends and best practices.
