Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day operations at StoneheadBikes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role is vital in supporting smooth office operations and assisting the team in delivering exceptional motorbike tour and rental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and Office communications.
  • Manage and maintain office records, files, and correspondence.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks and other duties.
  • Assist in coordinating employee travel and accommodations.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in office management is a plus.
