Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day operations at StoneheadBikes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role is vital in supporting smooth office operations and assisting the team in delivering exceptional motorbike tour and rental services. Key Responsibilities: Handle general office tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate office maintenance and ensure the office environment is clean and organized. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and Office communications. Manage and maintain office records, files, and correspondence. Support the management team with administrative tasks and other duties. Assist in coordinating employee travel and accommodations. Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining records. Requirements: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
