As an Administrative Assistant at Ergomed Group, your role will involve providing crucial support in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing administrative support for the recruitment process - Handling administration related to Health and Pension Insurance, Annual leaves, Sick leaves, etc. - Maintaining data in Work Attendance Report - Assisting the Office manager in organizing the PrimeVigilance office - Managing duties regarding the Responsible Waste Management program - Keeping and archiving records on all activities - Supporting in organizing diverse events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, presentations, and meetings - Managing office supplies inventory - Monitoring office maintenance - Making travel arrangements including hotel accommodation, flights, transfers, etc. - Welcoming and taking care of guests and clients during visits - Acting as a contact person for various suppliers and service providers - Providing support to new employees during their adaptation to the workplace - Offering administrative and logistic support for the entire Pune office Qualifications required for this role: - Any Graduate Additional Information: You should be: - Fluent in spoken and written English - Experienced in administrative work and working with people - Able to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks effectively - Possess good communication skills - Proficient in Excel - Skilled in presentations - Advanced in MS Office literacy Join Ergomed Group to be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries in developing new drugs.
