Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual to manage our backend operations and support our sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining business records, managing leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office.

This is a blended role that involves administrative management, data handling, and basic sales support through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update business tracking sheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
  • Manage order records, stock data, and daily reports.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation and customer follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and client updates.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (digital + physical).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing communication, and ensuring smooth office coordination.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives (e.g. WhatsApp follow-ups, basic CRM updates).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel (must).
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable with phone-based communication (inbound + outbound).
  • Prior experience in office administration, telesales, or lead management preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with day-to-day task execution.

Preferred Profile:

  • Graduate in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, back-office management, or telesales.
  • Comfortable with technology and tools (Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Web, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

  • Bodla, Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
