Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and support within the organization. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to assist guests and stakeholders with ease and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day office activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and event guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-assisted.
  • Support event coordination by scheduling, confirming, and synchronizing with guests to make their participation hassle-free.
  • Manage meeting and event logistics, including invitations, follow-ups, and attendee support.
  • Maintain effective communication across teams, ensuring timely flow of information.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and other materials.
  • Handle inquiries with discretion, providing accurate information or directing them to the right department.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and database management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant, front office executive, or in event/guest coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email/phone etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, approachable, and efficient under pressure.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with regular interaction with guests and stakeholders.
  • Requires flexibility during events or special meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
