Job Description

We are a growing organization seeking a proactive, well-organized, and dedicated Female Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations, support management, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage front-desk operations and handle incoming calls/emails. Maintain office records, files, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments. Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements. Oversee office supplies, inventory, and petty cash. Assist in HR & administrative functions (attendance, leave records, basic payroll support). Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents. Support management in day-to-day operations. Requirements Female candidates preferred. Prior experience in office administration/secretarial role is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently. Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
