Job Description

This is a full-time role for an Office Staff member located on-site in Nagpur. The Office Staff will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including customer service, handling accounting entries, and maintaining office operations. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining records, and general office management duties.  Qualifications   Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration Basic Accounting skills and familiarity with financial record keeping Ability to work efficiently in an office setting High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
