Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Female Telecaller with proven experience in outbound sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-up. The role involves connecting with potential customers, sharing information about our offerings, and generating interest — without the pressure of sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and has a natural ability to communicate persuasively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Generate leads and follow up on existing prospects. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions. Provide detailed information to clients and handle objections effectively. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling or telesales. Excellent communication skills in [mention languages – e.g., Hindi, English, Bengali]. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work with targets and under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.). Preferred Skills: Experience in [industry, e.g., Real Estate, Education, Insurance, etc.] Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems.
