About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety & Compliance (S&C) Assistant to join our team.

This role involves monitoring Guardian Camera alerts and ensuring timely and appropriate action in line with company protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high level of attentiveness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Guardian Camera alerts on a continuous basis (24/7 coverage).
• Respond to alerts received via phone or email, ensuring driver wellbeing and accurate documentation.
• Log in to the Guardian Portal to assess video alerts and follow up as required.
• Identify and escalate potential safety, security, or compliance concerns.
• Follow established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all alerts and actions taken.
• Collaborate with the onshore team to ensure swift and effective resolution of incidents.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-alert environment.
• Basic understanding of safety and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and maintaining records.
• Flexibility to work shifts to support 24/7 monitoring coverage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience).
