Manage daily operations of the assigned coworking space independently
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all areas including coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Serve as the face of the brand at reception, welcoming members and visitors professionally
Handle customer queries, complaints, and support tickets promptly and effectively
Drive sales and occupancy by giving tours to prospects and assisting with onboarding
Perform cold calling and lead follow-ups to generate new sales opportunities
Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from inquiry, tour, follow-up, and negotiation to deal closure
Join daily morning and evening meetings with the Sales Head/Management team for reporting and planning
Oversee invoice generation and payment follow-ups for all members in the assigned space
Act as a point of contact for vendors, staff, and external service providers
Execute daily tasks and special requests from management to ensure smooth functioning
Maintain inventory of office supplies and basic equipment
Always Ensure a professional appearance (formal attire, suit as needed) to uphold Creware s brand image
Be solely responsible for the complete operations and sales ownership of the coworking space
