Role & responsibilities • Lead generation and business development for acquiring new clients/logos • New client registrations & revenue • Upgrade/upsell targets • Lead Conversion targets • Invoicing & Collections • Build relationship with CXOs and business heads Preferred candidate profile • Experience in B2B/Corporate Sales in a consultative / SAAS offering environment • Customer centricity • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with CXOs • Proficient in driving monthly revenue targets being comfortable with regular funnel reviews • Ability to adapt and work in a high growth sales environment • Natural team player • Strong analytical, conceptual and consultative selling ability • Confident and positive attitude with entrepreneurial approach • Result driven and quality oriented • Proficient is MS Office especially with applications like Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Proficient in using sales CRM • Strong work ethic • Ability to understand competitive landscape • Ability to work independently and be self-driven
