Job Description

• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Office 365 services.

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

• Plan and implement tenant-level configuration changes and migrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on O365 integrations and enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Assist in policy creation and enforcement regarding security, compliance, and data governance.

• Manage and administer Microsoft Exchange Online and On-Premise environments, including mailbox management, transport rules, and message tracing.

• Administer SharePoint Online, including permissions, site collections, and user access issues.

• Manage Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business, including policies, permissions, and user support.

• Monitor and maintain Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and AAD Connect sync issues.

• Perform message trace and EOP (Exchange Online Protection) troubleshooting to resolve mail flow issues.

• Provide end-user support for Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

• Troubleshoot free/busy issues in Exchange and calendar sharing problems.

• Work with the Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center for alerts, DLP policies, and audit logs.

• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
