Supports by developing, training, and enabling the client to use the offering. Must have skills : Automotive Software Defined Vehicles Good to have skills : NA Minimum 18 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Offering Development Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing and developing content used for client offerings or solutions. Your role will involve supporting clients by developing, training, and enabling them to use the offering. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and Advisory skills. Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. Develop and manage content for client offerings or solutions. Train and enable clients to effectively use the offering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the offering meets client needs. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for offering improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Automotive Software Defined Vehicles. Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. Experience in developing and delivering client offerings or solutions. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in offering development. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Automotive Software Defined Vehicles. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
