Supports by developing, training, and enabling the client to use the offering. Must have skills : Automotive Software Defined Vehicles Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Offering Development Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing and developing content used for client offerings or solutions. Your role will involve supporting clients by developing, training, and enabling them to use the offering. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our offerings and ensuring client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.2. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.3. Responsible for team decisions.4. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.5, Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.6. Develop and manage content for client offerings or solutions.7. Train and enable clients to effectively use the offering.8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.9. Experience Growth and Strategy for New Age Automotive Business – Connected, SDV and Embedded10. Lead Mid- Large Automotive Transformation deals with sized of 10 M+11. Subject Matter expertise on new Software Automotive Trends – Embedded, SDV, Cloud, Security etc12. Ability to anchor Technical Solutions and C-Suit conversations13. Industry knowledge and thought leadership with consultative capabilities14. Awareness of EU and US markets Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Automotive Software Defined Vehicles. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Experience in developing and delivering client offerings or solutions. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in offering development. Experience in project management and stakeholder management. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Automotive Software Defined Vehicles. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
