Key Responsibilities:Merchant Onboarding: Identify and onboard new OMC merchants in the Dehradunregions.Sales: Promote and sell PhonePe’s EDC machines and SmartSpeakers to new and existing merchants.Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with merchants to ensure continued business growth and satisfaction.Service Support: Provide post-sales support and service to merchants, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.Market Analysis: Stayupdated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Dehradun markets.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant interactions, and follow-ups**Requirements:**- Over 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the soundspeaker ,EDC and New Merchant Aquisition.- In-depth knowledge of the Dehradun market and competitive landscape.- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.- Bike is mandatory for the role.**Compensation:**- In-hand salary of ₹23,000 + Incentives + Daily allowance.If you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at PhonePe.
