Job Description

The OEM Manager will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in India, driving business growth through effective negotiation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with OEM partners to drive business growth.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with OEMs to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with OEM specifications.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within the OEM sector.
Provide technical support and training to OEM partners to enhance product integration and performance.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports to evaluate the performance of OEM partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in OEM management or related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
Technical understanding of products and services offered to OEMs.
Experience with market analysis and understanding customer needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
