OEM Manager

The OEM Manager will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in India, driving business growth through effective negotiation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with OEM partners to drive business growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with OEMs to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with OEM specifications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within the OEM sector.
• Provide technical support and training to OEM partners to enhance product integration and performance.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to evaluate the performance of OEM partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in OEM management or related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Technical understanding of products and services offered to OEMs.
• Experience with market analysis and understanding customer needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
