• Core Responsibilities

:Responsible for the acquisition of small to large corporates for various banking-related productsEnhancing/maintaining existing client relationshipsEnhancing/maintaining relationships with banks and deriving leads from themBuild relationships with Bankers, CA, and other NBFCs to generate leadsAchieving the targeted growth in revenue and market shareScanning the market for potential leads, targeting, and converting the same into business for the companyManage lead generation by working on databases/referralsNegotiate and closure of mandates with the potential client

• Job Specifications

:Educational QualificationGraduate in any stream or MBA

• Technical Skills Required

Capability to do direct sourcingBasic understanding of the balance sheetKnowledge of Secured and Unsecured Business Loans ProductsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

• People Skills Required

Ability to build relationships.Willing to travelExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and drivenGood negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team•

Experience

:3+ years in Banks/ NBFC/other financial advisory Firm
