• Lead the

  implementation and customization of Odoo Accounting modules

  (Invoicing, Journals, Payments, Bank Reconciliation, Taxes, Financial Reporting).
• Gather client requirements, map business processes, and deliver end-to-end solutions using Odoo's modular framework.
• Work across

  technical configurations (XML, Studio, Automated Actions)

  and basic Python scripting for automation/custom logic.
• Collaborate with developers and functional teams to manage

  custom reports

  ,

  integrations

  , and

  data migration

  tasks.
• Provide functional training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation.

• 3+ years

  of Odoo experience in a

  techno-functional

  capacity.
• Solid understanding of

  accounting principles, finance workflows

  , and Indian or global tax setups (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  Odoo modules like Invoicing, Payments, Journal Entries, Bank Feeds

  , etc.
• Ability to configure workflows, approval chains, and smart buttons via

  Odoo Studio or XML

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
