Odoo Technical Lead

Job Description:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Odoo developers, ensuring high-quality code, best practices, and adherence to project timelines.
• Customization and Development: Design and develop custom Odoo modules, enhancements, and integrations to meet specific client requirements.
• System Configuration: Configure and customize Odoo applications to optimize system performance, functionality, and usability.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and provide expert guidance on Odoo solutions.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, module specifications, and user manuals.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring the stability and reliability of Odoo implementations.
• Team Mentoring: Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Odoo technology.
• Code Review: Perform regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Technical Research: Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments and industry trends, and recommend best practices and improvements to enhance the company's Odoo solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Odoo implementations.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
