Odoo Functional Trainer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live, interactive training sessions on 

    Odoo Functional modules

     (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Design and develop course materials, real-time case studies, and practical exercises.
  • Explain ERP workflows, module configurations, and industry best practices.
  • Guide learners through Odoo navigation, business processes, and reporting.
  • Provide mentorship, clarify doubts, and support learners during practice sessions.
  • Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 

    2+ years of hands-on experience

     with Odoo Functional modules.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across various industries (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, etc.).
  • Experience in 

    Odoo implementation, configuration, and end-user training

    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, learner-f
