Job Summary

Odoo Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations in

    Odoo ERP

  • Handle

    Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting & CRM

    activities
  • Maintain and update

    master data

    (customers, vendors, products)
  • Ensure accuracy of

    orders, invoices, and stock records

  • Provide

    user support and basic training

    to internal teams
  • Generate

    MIS and operational reports

  • Coordinate with developers for

    customization and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with

    Odoo ERP

  • Strong understanding of

    Sales, Purchase, Inventory & Accounting flows

  • Basic knowledge of

    GST & invoicing

  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong communication & coordination skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in Odoo Community or Enterprise (v14+ preferred)
  • Understanding of CRM workflows
  • Exposure to Odoo Studio / Automated Actions
  • Basic understanding of Python/Odoo framework (optional)
