Position Overview

Odoo Developer

The role involves close collaboration with functional consultants, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. This position is well-suited for professionals who are passionate about Odoo development and eager to contribute to end-to-end ERP implementations.

Candidates with 2 to 6 years of relevant Odoo development experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
• Work closely with functional consultants to convert business needs into technical solutions
• Customize existing Odoo modules and develop new functionalities
• Perform backend development using Python and PostgreSQL
• Develop and maintain Odoo views, workflows, reports, and security rules
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external systems
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and performance issues
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Degree / B.Tech / MCA / BCA or equivalent
• Strong hands-on experience in Odoo development
• Proficiency in Python, Odoo Framework, and PostgreSQL
• Experience in Odoo customization and module development
• Working knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Good understanding of ERP workflows and business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multiple Odoo versions
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
• Experience with Odoo.sh or server deployment is an added advantage
