Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements
Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions
Perform Odoo backend development using Python and PostgreSQL
Customize Odoo views, workflows, reports, and security rules
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation
Collaborate with functional consultants, QA, and stakeholders
Experience with Odoo versions (v12 and above preferred)
Good knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
Experience in XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports
Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
