As an Odoo Consultant at our company located in Vadodara, you will have the opportunity to work closely with existing customers to understand their business processes and develop Odoo concepts. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with customers to analyze their business processes and advise them on implementing Odoo. - Working with software developers to create technical concepts and architecture for new apps in Odoo. - Building and leading the Odoo team, including developers, help desk, and consultants. - Developing detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in Odoo Framework - Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript - Basic understanding of Linux - Familiarity with Databases and the SQL language - Understanding of Git Concepts - Nice to have knowledge of Python PEP8 & Flake8 - Nice to have experience with JSON and Restful Web Service integration - Nice to have experience with Python web development frameworks such as Django and Flask - Nice to have methodological knowledge In addition to the technical skills, you must have: - Solution-oriented mindset - Quick learning ability - Comfort with change - Analytical understanding of operational processes If you are someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience and looking for a salary range of 2.4-8.0 LPA, we have 7 openings available for this position in our company.
